I have watched this film more times than I can actually remember and mostly around this time. After all, September is the month of the Fashion Weeks so it’s only fitting, right? And talking of the ‘back to work’ feeling, this is where it works, too.
Total Recall is a classic 90’s sci-fi with all the good and bad, which presents visions that have not turned out to be as much of a sci-fi some 25 years later. And the whole idea of the travel agency that allows your mind to go on a perfect holiday.. Fascinating!
There are so many lessons in this wonderful story and it’s so empowering to watch. All the teachings from the books by some of your favorite spiritual teachers come to life in this Disney adventure – certainly not a place I’d expect them! But all the better surprise.
After seeing this documentary Heath Ledger has become a source of undying inspiration for me. And I want to be at least a bit like him. I think we should all try to be.
Some films are hard for me to talk about, because they touch my heart in such a way that it’s simply hard to put it into words. But you do need to hear this true story and you do need to see this film – a film, which might just be one of the most beautiful films I’ve ever seen.
I Am Not Your Negro is exceptional in both its form and its message. It excels at storytelling and paints a picture of America you were probably never supposed to see and which you’re most likely not gonna like.. Nevertheless a picture you absolutely need to see.
Naomi Kawase has created a truly inspiring movie which will leave you stunned and feeling empowered. Empowered to make changes in your life right that minute. That is – if you make it till the end of the film as An really is a very slow-paced movie.
Never give up on your dreams. Don’t we all need to be reminded that from time to time? And that’s why a movie with a message like that can never hurt, right? Nor there will ever be enough of them, cause hell, we need to be reminded constantly! Cause chances are, Kevin Costner might not be coming to save you.
Paterson is one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen. A movie, that truly is one of a kind and which you should definitely put on your list and watch it as soon as you can if you haven’t yet. Because it’s not only beautiful, it’s good for your soul, too.
Demain tout commence is a beautiful, heartfelt movie, but it’s the overall message of the film, which resonated with me so much, that I consider its biggest quality. It’s just way too often that we forget to truly live our lives only because we’re afraid to face them..
